Licensed psychologist providing therapy and psychological assessment for individuals across the lifespan.
MSU Behavioral Health
I am a licensed psychologist who sees clients of all ages for a wide variety of psychological concerns. My clinical philosophy blends empirically supported treatments with a genuine commitment to understanding each person I work with. Whether you're struggling with sleep, processing a difficult chapter of life, seeking clarity through psychological testing, or looking for support for a child or teenager, I'm here to help.
I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective, but I use empirically supported treatments that are customized to meet each individual's personal needs. My clinical work is conducted through the MSU Behavioral Health clinic. I am currently paneled with several insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Medicaid, and am actively working to add additional providers such as Tricare. Please contact the clinic directly to inquire about scheduling, fees, and insurance. I see clients with a broad range of concerns and am happy to discuss whether my services would be a good fit for your needs.

My Approach
I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective, using empirically supported treatments that are tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether that means CBT-I for insomnia, Imagery Rehearsal Therapy (IRT) for nightmares, or other evidence-based approaches, my aim is always to find the right fit for you specifically.
You don't need to come in with a clear diagnosis or a specific problem. If something isn't right in your life and you think talking to a psychologist might help, that's enough of a reason to reach out.
